Pipework
CPC have our own pipefitting team and carry out installations in modular aluminium (TESEO) steel, plastic and stainless steel etc. No job is too large or small and our efficient team carry out installations with the minimum disruption to your production.
CPC were the first company in the UK to introduce Aluminium Modular Compressed Airline Systems into the UK in 1990. This product is designed and manufactured by TESEO Srl in Italy. Over the years CPC have gained valuable experience in the design and installation of these systems and 90% of our pipework installs are now with the TESEO product.
The TESEO modular compressed air system is available in sizes from 20mm to 110mm covering all industrial requirements, from compressor house to the shop floor. The AP System is available in 20-25 and 50mm sizes and HBS system from 25 to 110mm.

Customer Benefits - TESEO HBS vs Alternative Aluminium Products
The benefits of the TESEO System are many but here are a few:
- TESEO HBS has a working temperature rating of between -20°C/+120°C at 15 bar throughout the range.
- TESEO HBS uses all metal fittings throughout the range giving it excellent structural strength from a modular system.
Alternative aluminium products are thin walled, extruded tube and therefore have less structural strength. They also use mostly plastic fittings. - TESEO HBS is avaialble in either anodised (extremely resistant internal and external coating) or natural aluminium finish. TESEO HBS natural pipe is
the most environmentally sound product whilst retaining a high resistance to corrosion with naturally forming aluminium oxide coating.
Alternative aluminium products are powder coated externally (at high environmental cost) with natural aluminium oxide coating internally throughout the range. - TESEO HBS employs a versatile inexpensive 'live tapping' system providing the opportunity to install outlets at any time after completion of the main system.
TESEO outlet plates are list priced at below £10 and can be installed easily without disturbing the installed pipework.
Fitting additional take-offs to alternative aluminium systems is far more complicated and time consuming. A section of pipe has to be removed; clamp to jig, drill, de-burr and refit. Accuracy is paramount to avoid distortion of pipework. - TESEO use one style of hanging bracket for the whole range HBS25 to HBS110.
- The TESEO HBS fittings range includes a modular and unobtrusive expansion joint at all pipe sizes. This fitting doubles as a union making the
installation even more versatile.
Alternative aluminium products utilise flexible hose throughout the range. - TESEO products are TUV certified: A Certificate can be downloaded from their website.
