The MOBILAIR M 57 is the ideal choice for powering equipment such as breakers and impact borers and is also perfectly suited to blasting applications. Meticulous construction and premium quality components ensure trouble-free operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +50 °C. A low temperature version is also available for use in colder ambient temperatures. Versatility is further enhanced by the chassis, as it can be equipped with a fixed or height adjustable tow bar. Stationary versions can be installed either on skids or machine mounts.

Hose reel option

The pre-installed hose reel holds 20 m of lightweight hose which does not have to be fully reeled out for operation. Proper storage augments the availability and service life of the hose, whilst also protecting it from damage (kinking, stretching, being run over) and soiling.

Excellent accessibility, optimum serviceability

Thanks to intelligent component layout, all maintenance points are easily accessible via the large gull-wing doors, which makes service work fast and efficient. Optional custom service contracts are also available.

Easy to operate

Reliable, gentle starts are guaranteed, even in cold temperatures, thanks to manual switch-over from pressure-free start-up to load operation and a start switch that features a pre-warming function. A pressure gauge and airend temperature display enable all information to be viewed at a glance.

Large capacity, transparent fuel tank

When fully filled, the fuel tank carries sufficient fuel for an entire work shift without the need for refuelling. Diesel line deaeration is made simple via the fuel feed pump (Start switch).

Anti-Frost Control as standard

Specially developed for portable compressors, the patented Anti-Frost Control automatically adjusts operating temperature in relation to ambient. In combination with the optional tool lubricator, this feature prevents air tools from freezing up and significantly extends service life.

Tool lubricator option

According to application, the M 57 is also available with a tool lubricator for compressed air tools.

Closed floor pan option

The closed floor pan immediately catches liquids and consequently prevents soil contamination in environmentally sensitive zones. All drainage openings are sealed with screw plugs.

Refinery equipment option

The M 57 is available with a certified spark arrestor for refinery applications. The engine shut-off valve automatically shuts the machine down upon intake of combustible gases.
