The MOBILAIR M200 can operate at full power for a whole shift without refuelling. Furthermore, users not only benefit from the quality of two world-class products, but can also rely on the comprehensive KAESER KOMPRESSOREN and Caterpillar global service networks to ensure maximum machine availability.
The MOBILAIR M 350 can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of the relevant application thanks to the wide range of optional compressed air treatment components available. Moreover, the selection of road and construction site chassis with twin or steerable axles, as well as stationary models on skids or machine feet, enables the M 350 to be perfectly suited to meet the specific application’s needs.
The M 350 is well-equipped for continuous gruelling construction site duty, even under the harshest of conditions. Even the standard version is capable of operating in an ambient temperature range from -10°C to +50°C. The optional low-temperature version features engine coolant preheating and synthetic cooling fluid is used for the airend.
With a flow rate of 34 m³/min, the M 350 is one of the most powerful MOBILAIR portable compressors available. The heavy-duty low-emission diesel engine features the familiar SCR system (selective catalytic reduction), which dramatically cuts nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. It is the same system used on Mercedes Benz utility vehicles.
Using the innovative SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL controller with optional start-stop features, M 350 compressors can be started and controlled by compressed air management systems such as the SIGMA AIR MANAGER. They can therefore be fully integrated into stationary compressed air systems (as a standby for power outages) or combined in compressor stations that are completely independent of the power supply (major construction sites far away from the necessary infrastructure, emergency standby).
